Services provided are not a full service and not satisfying, once you are here you won’t be assisted as you required and you will need to visit the Federal Authority again and again as in my case, i had to bring my mother on a wheelchair ♿️ to get their attention, i was waiting for their reply since 4 days and now they don’t remember even my case, once you bring your senior citizen in here then you will get their attention. Thank you for the half service you provided!!

Horrible service, my fingerprints were lost

Poor service. Staff will never help you with your query. Helpline number is the worst they disconnect the call if they don’t have any knowledge

The system of giving Emirates id is utterly flop
