This hotel is situated in a great location for Luton Airport being only a ten minute walk from the terminal. The rooms were basic but clean and the staff were friendly. At £60 a night it represented great value for money in 2023.

Rooms would be pretty small for 3 (or even 2) people as the position of the bed means you'd have to climb over the other person to go to the bathroom. No desk or wardrobe although I liked the charging points and reading lights above the bed. Room was very clean and bathroom was clean with a few toiletries. TV but no wardrobe, just a rail to hang things. WiFi worked OK. For 1 person, for 1 night, it was fine. You can actually walk to the airport easily without bags. If you have bags, it's best to take the local bus, I believe it costs £2 and you can pay by card. Staff were friendly and there are some snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Arrived for a short night before our flight. Staff was friendly. Rooms are good for the price (65£ for a standard double room). Don't expect much from the bath room.

Another big plus - bar is open till midnight, and has good beers, TVs and sitting area

Very serious problem!
My husband and I arrived at the hotel on the night of May 17th and at check-in the receptionist gave us the card for room 121.
When we opened the room we found a couple sleeping, the room was already occupied: a couple was lying on the bed!!!!
Absurd a mistake like that, the receptionist didn't even apologize and said it was the fault of the system that had doubled the reservations. No seriousness in dealing with this situation that could have put guests at risk, in addition to the invasion of privacy. Complete lack of professionalism.

My car was vandalised here and I couldn't get any further help from the supposed CCTV coverage. It seems its only purpose is to capture overstayed parking and to issue fines, so be cautious.

Big thanks to Norbert. We had a health issue with our child. He was calm and professional handling the situation and calling the ambulance.

Fantastic for the money.
This isn't glamorous and certainly isn't spacious but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were just fine.
Great shower.
The small double room isn't really built for 2 people but as I was travelling alone, it was perfectly adequate.
I'd definitely stay again.
