INSTITUTE have an effective coach communicates well and exudes credibility, competence, respect and authority. They are able to explain ideas clearly. Clear communication means setting defined goals, giving direct feedback and reinforcing the key messages. They are acknowledging success.

They have a poor customer service skills they don’t treat African right they are racist,they don’t give their students the opportunity to use their WiFi.which is the right of every school in the UAE ,they don’t assist in giving jobs after the completion and they like to take money for every little thing in the schooll,they have very good teachers but the workers at the reception are not welcoming ,,very ignoring ,I won’t recommend the school to anyone .
