Generally speaking, it was a very pleasant experience. The service was fast and efficient and the food was much better than expected! Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food.
On the no so great side was the lighting, to dark for my taste. Parking can also be a problem during peak hours.
The restroom was clean and odor free.
We have already returned twice for takeout. We will keep coming back as long as they keep the quality and prices.

Fries were terrible and the taste of the beef patty was bad. The bacon inside the burger was nice though and the ambiance is good. I gave it a 4 star because they played my favorite song twice

Who doesn’t love fries and burger? I’m a fan of them in the right type of burger and this was one of them. I ordered their signature burger which is the firefly burger ???? The patties were thick and juicy! I’m a big fan of having Swiss cheese and American cheese on a burger so I requested for the cheese injection because I wanted to make sure I had plenty of cheese.????
This was a tasty but as you can imagine a messy burger to eat.
I couldn’t believe I ate the whole giant burger without feeling vomiting ????it is not heavy like other buns. Trust me.
I’m keen to come back and try their steak????

It was way better before, i used to be a big fan of Firefly since their branch in Jordan. The beef was tasteless the only good part was the taste of the charcoal smoke. The service is good and they have friendly staff

First time being there and I like it, it’s located in Abu Dhabi.

Burgers big sized served either alone or with combo fries and soft drink.

The sandwich alone cost 47 but if you wanted the combo 50+.

Both sandwiches delicious but I recommend the kamikaze burger.

Angus burger was nice but the fries are the same frozen ones you find at LuLu. Tastes cheap. The idea of this restaurant is is actually highly similar to Orgada Burgers but it’s way more expensive and the quality is not as good as Orgada.

Burger wasn’t that good! Oily and vegetables not fresh, their special sauce is ketchup Mayo giving a bit of sweet taste to the burger. No regular mustard found there!
All in all expected a better taste from a dedicated burger place

I was staying in a 5 star hotel and I skipped a meal there to try this place out. The customer service was great. The staff are friendly and advised me on what to try. The order came on time. The food was beyond amazing. They have a cheese injection so defo try that. The burger looked massive in size but in reality it was just the right size for me to be able to finish it. It was in a special bread and full of cheese. The fries are just out of this world with the seasoning. I would drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi just to have this again.
