Customer service is very bad, they don't care about customers and they don't provide any solutions to problems. I hope that in the future I will not have to deal with the branch staff again. The bank management is kindly requested to reconsider the qualification of the branch employees and to provide a proper service for customers.

15 people waiting for customer service and the manager and representative having tea and coffee not being bothered to help the people waiting. Only two people were behind the desk servicing while the manager and representative spent the entire 3 hours I waited, talking! Who is I charge of this branch. No one has feom the bank has any professionalism to help or to even care about their work! It is shameful.

This the worst bank you ever find in UAE .
Bad customer services , old school , no proper digitisation, un professional, the employees are not knowledgable even with basic account and finance. processes are worst between bank , if other bank process takes 10 minutes with FAB can reach to 10 days . It was a mistake to deal with , I recommend ENBD , ADIB, ADCB

Extremely very bad experience. Today I requested bank statement at FAB Delma Mall and the manager wasn't there and no body can stamp it on behalf of him. Just simply very bad managing and wasting our time. I rate 100 below zero.

Wish I could give Zero rating. Absolutely inefficient staff. I wanted to cancel my credit card. The call center said visit the branch and when I went to the branch and just sat down at the counter and asked the question and the person says call centre I said ok but what's the procedure so he goes "call centre call centre" not here. As if that's all he knew how to speak. All the staff were busy chatting from one counter to another loudly but when it comes to work they are good for nothing. This person looked like an illiterate trying to just pretend like he's busy working. Basically this is FAB living up to their expectations, they are anyway famous for this kind of service for years now.

Not organized at all, you need to wait long time even just to get bank statement.

Worst experience from FAB Dalma mall, second time the customer service agents are rude. First time talking abusive and this is second time.
Try behave nicely to customers your business never gonna grow otherwise.
