????Worst bank ever, 1 hour minimum waiting time for customer service! 3 useless tellers spending time talking & going back office for long time, even though customer service manager know nothing about how improving the service. Just repeating like a parrot " this is our new system & can't do anything about it "

very bad service many mistakes i dont recommend worse cridet card service i have ever seen in my life if there is zero star i would give them they charge 2500+125 Aed annual fees which is free by mistake, no miles cridet in my account becouse they put wrong date in there system they charge me late fees again mistake misatek mistake if you want headache go and try them

very very slow service. they dont care about customers who are waiting so long.they keep on standing and leaving their chair.. its horrible... very impolite.YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS AT ALL. Is that the NBAD ENTERTAIN YOUR CLIENTS? I wish the owner should pay attention to this matter. Im waiting for almost an hour and the number only moves twice. and when it is my turn. i only ask a copy of my BANK STATEMENT 1 copy only. and This fat guy ask me to pay 25aed for new policy. while my friend just took a copy yesterday and she didnt pay anything. HOW COME?

NOW It's called FAB. But stuff doesn't change in how the way they communicate with clients.. i came back to this bank because i have to resubmit. my updated documents for 3rd time because i received a text that my account docs is not updated yet. and also i ask for bank cert again because i will be traveling in another country. the lady working there is very impatient and acting rude in front of me, stumping the machine and says that let me go to other bank. i told her i am only near here and i cant go to other bank because its too far. i will just go back next week. but when i came back. same situation, her system is not working and she want me to go to other bank. when the other stuff was there He is the one who print my bank statement but acting irritated i don't know. whats worse here i filled the form for the statement request and its written there that fee for bank statement is 25. but he told me that he will deduct 50aed in my card. i ask and disagree and he answer me very stupid answer. its because he printed 8pages. when i ask how come just because of the pages you will bill me 50aed while its written 25aed.? then he answer me very unreasonable answer. actually it is 5aed per pages. and i answer him really? it is 5aed per pages? it did not mention in the form that it depends on the pages. besides if it is 5aed per pages why you billed me 50, instead of 40aed? and if i will ask again and it print one page only so i will pay 5aed and not 25aed. right? i don't understand the rules of this bank. i think i should ask my employer to transfer my salary into other bank. as what my coworker did because of this stuff attitude. this is the worst branch. WAITED FOR SO LONG. VERY SLOW, and VERY IMPOLITE AND RUDE STUFF

unbelievable service, extremely poor. im regretting the decision to start banking with you. four days trying to contact you and no answer. is that for real. going to the branch and they say to call the customer service and customer service does not reply for four days. noway

It seems staff don't know what they are doing! It took me one month to send a transfer, I went there 3 times and only after third visit the money was finally sent!

Raised a complaint in August. Still waiting for them to solve the complaint. Nobody really likes to admit there mistakes. Its just one big mess.
