Worst call center service, waiting for more than 45 mins and no one is picking up the phone … I wish if there is if theres less than one star to rate them more negatively.

Worst customer service you might expect.

Been waiting a phone calla since 2 months no body called and they don't reply to the emails

Came to Abu Dhabi mall branch, only there is 1 employee . I took number before 30 minutes and still there are 6 persons before me.

Came before 2 months to close the account and employee told me its done and I was shocked that its not done.

I have never seen a customer service like this !!

This is where the bank is, not the location provided from google. Bank is terrible and the bankers constantly look out for each other. You cannot call out the incompetence of anyone here because they will find a way to make it not their fault. Seriously, just go to another bank and skip this one. You will be doing yourself a favor

Worst bank ever. I regret to open my account there. Do not advise you to cooperate with them if you want to avoid inconveniences.
For almost three years only problems and no solution. This bank should either educate employees or replace them with machines. System is awful, support is helpless, customer needs to resolve bank problems himself. It is time to close an account and shift to competitors who offer better customer approach.

Based on my experience, if you are as a customer will be satisfied to stay waiting for over 40min whenever you are calling them for support, then go for FAB.. this is a bank that will reduce the number of customer support employees to save some cost not caring very much about the miserable customers that will be impacted by this stupid decision.

Surprisingly this bank still getting new customers eventhough when someone review their online reviews, they found it's the worst ratings and everyone complaining about their services.

I had many bad experiences with this bank hence decided to close all my accounts and cancel any of their products

Horrible experience with this bank. As a customer, I am forced to resolve issues that the bank has with itself... Imagine forced to go from one internal department to the other to solve an issue that you shouldn't have to deal with...welcome to this bank.
