Very bad experience! One hour waiting to deposit 94 dollars only one cashier! Will try to avoid using this bank as much as possible

It was a terrible experience. Poor customer service and lack of knowlege regarding the services they are providing. You have to eat first before you are going to this branch because you will take hours to wait. No one could even come to you and ask what is the issue even they saw your face come and go to the bank. Just what you will need is to wait for your ticket number.
Very slow.

I would rate for the sake of the receptionist gentleman
First of all, I googled to find bank locations and when I went there ,it was just ATM and no option to deposit money through ATM,so I had to take taxi to another place. The taxi driver even told me how often he had issues with the bank
When I reached this Etihad branch,the receptionist was so nice and so welcome,I told him I needed to deposit for embassy & my embassy appointment time and he gave me the form for particular embassy and he escorted me to the seats which was great service.

I immediately noticed only 3 counters are opened and their waiting area was full of customers and I believe the two ladies were family members as they had same surname,they seemed like they were not feeling well and couldn’t work, real slow,they took forever
As I didn’t have much time left for my appointment ,I went to the receptionist again and he helped me out with a calm and patient attitude! I really appreciated that man.
So I would say I’m not a big fan of first Abu Dhabi bank.

Not only the worst bank... thieves !
I was not using my account that much (translation: they didn’t earn lot of money with me), they decided to close my account without warning... and stole the money left on it !!!!
After several days of calls, visit to the customer support... nobody can help !
A disaster bank ! Never give them your money !

Worst bank ever. One of my online bill payments - using the bank's own features - got lost in the system (yes lost!), even though the money was actually deducted from my account; it never reached the utility company.

I tried contacting them several times and finally made a complaint. They said it'll be resolved within 3 business days. Of course that timeline has passed and nothing has changed. Been trying to contact them since this morning, but all I get is a "experiencing high volume of calls" message, even if I wait for more than 10-15 mins on their "not free" number. This means two things, either their system is screwed up and automatically sends that message without actually working, or their products and services are really messed up and many clients are calling to complain.

Either way a terrible bank, a terrible system, and a terrible banking experience. Deserves negative ratings if only that was possible.

Again very very bad service ... i think all FAB are the same.... they dont care about costumers time... u just wait, wait and wait
I can say only the man on the counter one is working..all the rest just spending time.
This is not Grow Stronger

Really bad mould/damp smell as soon as you walk in ,overpowering. Orderd cottage pie and pan fried chicken ... it came after 45 minutes .. meals were very dry .there was no gravey with cottage pie, mash wasnt great on iether plates. Hardly any sauce on the pan fried chicken cold veg too. Very disappointing for nearly £15 a plate .staff were friendly no complaints . Very poor food .

Popped in for lunch on the spur of the moment.
Good choice of food and very tasty.
Attentive waitress and good value overall.
Will definitely visit the next time I am in the area.

Lovely friendly staff and a nice, clean place with a welcoming feel. Food came quickly, was good quality, hot and good portions. Only negative I could name was the meat in the beef burger was a bit like hamburger meat which I don't prefer and the bun had a burnt smell and taste from the chargrill. Sides were lovely and homemade and the mussels were gorgeous.

Me and my partner Went here on the spate of the moment for lunch. Food was delicious. Staff where friendly. Lovely quiet little pub. It is definitely on our list of one to visit again.

Lovely place with very beautiful grounds. If you have children with you, then they'll be in for a treat as there is a play area with swings and slides and a children's menu that includes free ice cream! There is a small stream and one can take long walks before or after a meal. Parking is ample and the ambience of the place is great. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is clean. I'd definitely like to come back again

Immaculate pub with incredible menu and fantastic food at a reasonable price. Well managed with friendly and helpfull staff. Definitely well worth a visit again and again!

Great pub and location, wish they had a better lager on tap than Madri which is abysmal, there's a lovely beer garden which has lovely facilities for families with young kids. Or visit was brought to a premature end by some chavy local teens turning up on their bikes swearing noisily, using the kids playground and being generally annoying. Nothing much the pub can do about it if there's no facilities for kids in the area though.
