One of the worst experience that i had, i ordered a break fast for 3 person, foul is so bad no flavour, omelet was smilly, they told me that breakfast include cheese, but no cheese i get.

Food is excellent staff is unbelievable, 15mins the phone is just ringing and no one is picking up the call..ended up coming directly to the shop to take an order! When reach there saw the phone into hang up! If there’s is no one is available to deliver atleast answer the phone and don’t leave your customers hanging, we can send someone to collect the order once ready rather than sitting there and waiting for the items! And if you have a loaded work hire more staff to satisfy your customer service! Addax is only cross to your building atleast let your customer placed the order and we could adjust. Not like giving a reason that there is only few staff, its not an excuse!

Very good experience, however lights does matches the ambience, specially during evening hours. Light should be dimmer and soothing to the eyes.
Could provide board games to the customers for entertainment.
