They said they have the wheels I need for my car, they uninstalled my car tyres, after 1hr of waiting, they said they done have them. Unprofessional.

Absolutely disgusted with the behavior of the service staff. If you have a small car you’ll be disregarded and behaved accordingly. I have been an old customer bringing in my personal cars and company cars for servicing. Today drove in a small car and the service staff were extremely rude. Went inside to complain - office staff were not bothered and at the end told me that I am here to fight. You think a customer walks in to get the job done or to fight? Such nonsensical behavior cannot be tolerated. Never will I ever visit again and all company car drivers will be directed the same. You are not the only service center in the city.

Great service. Lots of service bays for tyre alignment or oil change. Fixed and reasonable price for tyre rotation and oil change. Fast turn around. Has a decent waiting area. Very professional.
