The place is not bad… The machines are not very new, but will definitely get the job done. And the staff are nice

Good and clean gym for starters. some cardio machines needs to be fixed. A bit pricy ( 350 DHS / Month ) Staff in reception are very nice. Coaches are very polite and helpful EXCEPT for one ( ARAB ) coach being rude by shouting and making fun when I had wrong form in my workout also you will feel ignored by training with him like he's forced to do it. Other coaches will help politely and will explain everything that you need to do. Overall good vibes and environment

Lack of professionalism and respect from receptionist with Hijab.

Gym closes at 1:00am and pushing a member to leave at 12:45am because no one is left in a rude manner is outrageous.

The receptionist wanted to leave before end of duty claiming that as a girl I must be thoughtful! In addition, she stated at 12:50am that If I am not leaving in 2 minutes she would switch off the lights and close the gym forcefully. It is to be noted that the gym clock is preceding the correct time by more than 5 minutes, and arguing that its showing the right time while all of us got smartphones with updated times and zones is a pathetic manipulation.

This is repeated for the second time and devalues the credibility of the gym professionalism. Measures have to be taken to resolve such matter.

For the record, Gym equipment is good and coaches are supportive especially Captain Mohammed Morsy.
