A convenient spot for fuel being just around the corner from my business premises. Staff are always friendly.
Always clean in shop and on forecourt.
On the downside, everything in the shop seems a bit pricey.

Living in Essex i was finding it hard to find a new car, but found the perfect car at Cramlington's, spoke to Peter and arranged to collect the car the following Monday. Arrived at 9am and it couldn't have been easier to do the deal and left in our new car. Many thanks to all the staff. From Eric and Debbie

Just purchased 2 x Ford Focus's for myself and my father-in-law and can honestly say it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Cramlington Ford and Malcolm , nothing was too much trouble and exemplary service throughout from initial enquiry to delivery to our door 300 miles away !! what I would call 'PROPER' service . Would not hesitate to use them again even given the distance we are apart .

Top service from Cramlington Ford when purchasing our Ford Kuga. We were aware of the issues and delays with car manufacturing at the minute so weren't sure we'd be able to get a new car before our previous PCP was up but we were over the moon when Malcolm told us he could get us one in October. Malcolm kept us informed throughout the process and was a really friendly and down to earth guy. We've dealt with other dealerships in the past where every extra product has been pushed... it was refreshing to see how laid back the process was at Cramlington Ford. Highly recommend Cramlington Ford and look forward to dealing with Malcolm and the team again in the future. Thanks!

Excellent service from friendly staff. My car failed it's MOT and they pulled out all the stops to get it through the same day. Even drove me to the shops and picked me up again later. Thank you so much.
