Worst Internet connection ever! Only stay at this hotel if you are okay with a place that doesn't have WIFI and has smelly corridors and rooms no matter how much airfreshner they supply. Only good thing that deserves that 1 star I gave is the excellent customer service team they will always respond to any calls in seconds.

From call experience, it seems like a terrible place to stay.
Hard to get them to answer the phone.
Expensive price considering the location.
At the end of the call, the woman literally hangup the phone on me.

I reserved for studio room type for 3 weeks. Good things :
- Room is clean
- Cooking utensils is provided
- Wifi not to bad, still can use it for Netflix
- Water bottle is provided every day
- Supermarket location below the building

Bad things :
- TV is not working since the first day because of no HDMI cable, i've requested since the first day but no follow up.

Good rooms with mini kitchen
Bathroom was small
Have free basement parking

Avoidable place...totally!

Money was stolen from the room, and Security said "our team member is 5 years old, they can't do it"!!

If you have a serious budget issue, then only go here, with no expectations. And if you do, keep your valuable safe.

There is no breakfast we knew. But there is only one restaurant, that should open at 10, but when we went there at 10, the lights and AC was off! One person came by 10.05 and said he can only make a sandwich (!) In 20ins...so much for a breakfast

Internet doesn't work, despite each room having a router

I stayed from October 1 to 25, 2021. The apartment and studio rooms were very nice. I found that the curtains and doors could benefit of a good wash. My stay at L'Arabia was nice and probably would go back. The staff was friendly but I think that the cleaning staff is understaffed. I loved having a clothes washing machine in my room. They are not very generous on towels; even if we were two they provided one towel. I had to request for another towel. They provided one bottle 1.5 liter of water every day. For foreigners; you might ask: was there any bug beds or insects or cockroaches? NONE found in the apartment or studio that I was in. It was very convenient having the LuLu mall just beside. Before arriving just make sure to call and confirm that your room is ready AND cleaned. Just a note as I needed to wait nearly 3 hours for my room to get cleaned and my booking was made previous to my arrival.
