A terrible experience even when you know what stand you need ,utterly awful if you do not!

Helpful staff and a lot of shops within the station and also in the surroundings.
A lot of bus services also ply this place.
There are toilets, but it appears you'll have to pay to get into the toilet.
Overall, I give it a 7 on 10
