I have deleted my previous review due to the hotel's inadequate handling of customer interactions. This establishment displays a lack of commitment towards its loyal clientele. My employer consistently arranges my reservations at this hotel on a near-weekly basis. However, upon my arrival today with a confirmed reservation, I was denied entry until a payment for a single night was made. This occurred because the hotel did not receive the customary payment from my organization. Unfortunately, both the receptionist and the on-duty manager exhibited unprofessional behavior, which can be attributed to the poor hotel policy that prioritizes monetary concerns over customer satisfaction.

Overall an amazing experience. Their breakfast is really good. A must try I would say (especially if you are a sweet tooth).

I came to handover an important set of booklets to a guest I house, however addressing the name of his colleague who will come to pick the guest. Rodrigo from reception refused to take the package stating that the one who will come to pick up is not staying with them. I explained if they want they can check with the guest but refused stating they can only call after 11am. I asked from him, if the I would tell this is for the guest then what would be the process, he explained he will keep it with them and the call the guest after 11am. As a fellow hotelier I can definitely relate to policies but is this how you will explain? I tried to explain that this is for an important meeting but unfortunately he is not ready to listen. Furthermore, I asked him that if I will tell the package is for the guest in house (who I had the full information of) what would be the procedure, he said since he is aware that it's not for him, he can't take it and the only exception is if the guest will call from the room which is contradicting with the initial statement becauae of what? Beacaue I told the truth and said it is for the colleague of in house guest who will come to pick up the in house guest? The package was open and visible which clearly shows that it's few booklets. Nevertheless only solution was for me to wait in the lobby until either the guest come from the room or his college come to pick this up. Really poor customer service and never food imagine the The Four Seasons has such poor, inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior.
Despite I have further commitments to attend, I had no other choices rather than waiting in the lobby for 1 hour. I doubt maybe because I came in casuals and not in suit. Regardless, decided to have a coffee till either the guest your guest comes down or his college arrive. Your coffee was good as well as the cafe staff.

It was a great experience!
The island is beautiful with a stunning view from the room.
The complimentary breakfast buffet was good.
What i love the most is the mall connected to it.

From the moment I arrived at the Four Seasons Hotel At Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE, I was blown away by the stunning location. The hotel is situated on the waterfront of Al Maryah Island, offering incredible views of the Arabian Gulf and the city skyline. It truly is a breathtaking setting.

The accommodation at the hotel was equally impressive. My room was spacious and elegantly designed, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a luxurious bathroom with high-end toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night.

The dining options at the hotel were exceptional. I had the pleasure of dining at Cafe Milano, which offered authentic Italian cuisine in a beautiful setting. The service was impeccable, and the food was simply outstanding. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Crust, which offered a vast selection of delicious dishes to choose from.

The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The rooftop pool was a particular highlight for me, with stunning views of the city skyline and plenty of comfortable sun loungers to relax on. The fitness center was also excellent, with state-of-the-art equipment and plenty of space to work out. The spa was another standout feature, with a range of treatments to choose from.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations on things to do in the area.

Overall, my experience at the Four Seasons Hotel At Al Maryah Island was nothing short of exceptional. From the stunning location to the luxurious accommodation, world-class dining, and exceptional service, everything was simply perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury experience in Abu Dhabi.

I like service here a lot specially room service always asking about water because I drink a lot water per day, and very easy to walk to The Mall you no need to go out of the building just take elevator so easy .

We haven't had the pleasure of staying here but knowing the brand the stay will be spectacular.

We were over earlier this month to experience their traditional Iftar Buffet at the Liwa Tent and it was truly spectacular.

Great food amazing views superb service.

If there is a zero star for the hotel. I will definitely give a zero to this hotel. I left my bag in the hotel in the noon. None contact me for 6hours after they found it. I called the number and the one who answered the call is not care about my issue. Didn’t even give a call to check. None give me any answered me until I came back to the hotel. Very poor service. Disappointed the attitudes.
