Followed the instructions on the website. Simple and easy to follow. Remember to press the screen to start the process, even though the scanner looks like it's ready, it won't just scan the item, you've got to tell if you've got something to scan.

Appalling! 2 parcels have gone missing and there is no telephone number for me to speak to anyone about this just a ridiculous website that takes you round in circles. DON'T USE THESE LOCKERS!!!
