We booked a return taxi for 6 from Exeter to Lympstone with Andrew Mills taxis during graduation. We broke down on the motorway near Exeter, and only got towed to a nearby car park and then abandoned by a certain orange recovery company. My sister, her small dog, our luggage, and I then required a taxi to take us the remainder of our journey, once our car was taken to a garage. Having called 5/6 taxi companies whom said they would not even consider taking a dog, we had little hope of being rescued late on a Friday night....but Andrew Mills Taxis saved us! Not only did they keep us informed via texts on the availability of their taxis while we awaited the car being towed, but once arrived, the driver offered an extremely friendly service, helped with our bags, took us safely to our destination, and offered
us additional options with regards to getting our car fixed! Thank you Andrew Mills Taxis!

I booked a taxi with Andrew for an early morning airport pick up, so the worry about not being there on time is always huge. I've been let down by other "fruit based" taxis before. The service and communication with Andrew was the best I've had with any taxi company before. The car arrived promptly, the driver was lovely and I'd definitely recommend using this company in future.

Fantastic service was more like having a lift off a friend than a taxi service, clear fare charges. Was on time (99% of the time even early). Knew everywhere we wanted to go and easiest route to get there. Was fantastic with our Son and Daughter who are on the ASD spectrum. I would recommend Andrew or Paul to everyone who needs a taxi service around Exeter.

Fantastic service! I particularly liked the fact that I could just text the number to book a taxi ☺️ I rode with Andrew Mills Taxis twice - I had the same lovely driver on both trips and it was wonderful! He was very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend Andrew Mills Taxis!

We booked Andrew Mills taxis for a wedding that we were attending. We changed our requirements a few times (number of people and timings) and they were very accommodating, helpful and friendly through the whole process. If we're back in the area we'll definitely use again!
