Literally had to wait an hour to get my order, the guy was sweet and kept apologising and asking me to wait coz apparently there were too many orders. I waited exactly 48 hours parked outside for just an avocado juice and fruit salad. It was bad anyway, why would a small cafe charge 35 AED for a fruit salad which is the size of my palm and had 2 kiwis, 2 strawberries, half a banana and a ton of milk. I hope they improve their menu and work on fast delivery.

Super fast order of three amazing manakish. I ordered cheese and their cheese was not skimped out on! The cheese was hot, oozing, and yummy. Something kids would enjoy. Their meat and cheese was nice too, just take note it is a bit saltier than others. Would order again!

The best lahm be ajeen in Abu dhabi, also the best Ishta cocktails. the prices are reasonable for the quality and not expensive at all

It is 7 stars the lady who answered the phone and took my order was very professional the delivery guy very polite they promised 15 min delivery it was the fastest arrived in 10 mins and the taste is wow everything I ordered was made with love.thank you guys. The price is good

All ticket machines out of order, NCP app doesnt acknowledge this car park so unable to pay on there either. PayByPhone advertises itself as an app you dont have to register for but as soon as you download the app you have to register and it is probably the worst sign up experience I've ever had on an app lol. Was only in Southend for 15 minutes so hoping for no penalty charge as I couldnt pay.

Pay for my monthly season ticket by direct debit to park in this car park. Not cheap at £135.00 but since I first started taking out a season ticket last month every day I have received penalty notices. Have to appeal each Notice. Not heard a word from NCP with an apology. Phoned them a few weeks ago told season ticket processing department had not passed on my car registration number to the ANPR camera department hence why the camera takes nice photos of my car on entry and exit from this carpark.

Just choose something else. Machines not working, on the app the location is not recognised and you end up not being able to pay so you might get fined. WAITING 30 minutes on the phone for someone from customer service to answer and they just ignore the phone. I WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR PARK AGAIN!

at £7.70 per day it's slightly cheaper than the council parking lot but it's mostly unpaved. the ticket machine is broken a lot. if the ticket machine is broken then you have to pay by phone which takes an extra five minutes and costs £.40 extra. also there's only a single lane into and out of this fairly busy car park making it additionally dangerous.
