It has been some time since I returned to EMS, but coach Nancy is the best coach i have trained with so far. Both me and my wife enjoy our training sessions with Nancy as she pushes us beyond our limits that we ourselves didn't expect we can.

We love Her personality, the way she simply but professionaly explains the moves that we need to perform and most important of all is how she knows how much we can truly endure. We always have a sense of true achievement after each session with her.

The Future Fit EMS provides a trial session in which anyone could feel on their own the sense of achievement and liveliness we feel after each session, so don't hesitate to try it out.

The place is good, clean and has a shower area that can help freshen up after a session. A car park area is located close to the Fitness Center building which will makebit easier to access the EMS center directly.

Trained w Nancy today, she’s a joy and very professional. I had an amazing session ???????? ???????? after a long pause from training and she had superbly adapted my exercises for high achievement while keeping me safe since I am undergoing Physiotherapy for my shoulder… she’s knowledgeable and dedicated. Highly recommended ???????? Thank you

Coach Eva; it was an amazing experience
I loved it, the coach is very supporting, and it really helped my weight loss journey. I haven’t returned in quite a while, and in my first week back here I lost about 2kg that first week

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training with Nansi. VERY friendly person who make me actually want to go to the gym. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Excellent personal training. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your. Highly recommended!

It was my session with coach Eva, despite the opposite of other coaches. I felt comfortable and loved to exercise without feeling difficult. I recommend training with her in my personal opinion because she starts gradually in all things.

This is the best Medical Practice I have been registered at. Have been with this practice for 15yrs now and have always been able to see a GP on the same day I phoned. I have very complex medical conditions and they alway take time to catch up with current needs
Dr Nelson is the usual i see, and he is the most understanding GP there is. Dr Peat is also very nice as a female Gp when it's better to see a female as times and she is very nice also. I require vast amounts of prescribed medical products and they have never once asked me to change to a cheaper brand or use less to save their budget. I can not find a single fault and its not an inquisition with reception to been seen on the same day.
They are superb and one the best within Falkirk

I’ve been in a bit of a pickle recently due to swapping GP’s and regarding worries about my meds and Camelon Medical Practice have just been amazing in helping me especially Anne McFarlane couldn’t praise them enough only medical practice who I would willingly phone and receive a lovely person on the other end

Reception staff have listened and helped me with my request to either setting up a n appointment or phone consultation.
Dr Glen snd Dr Nelson have provided me with appropriate health advice and medication when required for myself and my mum. Thank you everyone ????

Been at this practice for years, Dr Lim was the one I went to all the time he was understanding and would listen . I now see Dr Hagerty since Dr Lim retired , and she is amazing. Always listens and helps with my needs , never had any negative appointments with her .

I have been with this practice including its previous forms for around 44 years since moving back to Scotland with my family. In all that time we have been treated extremely well by all of the practice doctors. One, who later became a neighbour, had treated my grandfather who also had nothing but praise for him.
Best of all, when an urgent appointment is needed, especially for a child, an 8.30am telephone call results in an appointment that same day.

Drs don't listen especially Dr Hagerty, he's expecting a patient who suffers from PTSD and depression, been assaulted twice in the last couple of weeks broken jaw 3 plates in the jaw, smashed over the head with a big large boulder his answer paracetamol and ibuprofen. The anxiety brought on with these attacks, fear for life fear to leave house alone sleepless nights his answer wait weeks and weeks until can see a Pshycaitrist no help from DR HAGETY at all his phone manner, well he doesn't have any a 10yr old child has better phone manners. Dr's jobs are to help people. He basically told me blatant lies on the phone which I can prove when this was mentioned he hung up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS Dr's even if you are dying there the worst Dr's I've ever had to deal with in all my years. Again DON'T USE THIS DR'S PRACTICE. IF I COULD HAVE RATED IT MINUS 5STARS I WOULD HAVE. I'm not the only one who has problems with this Dr's. The only reason I have this Dr's is that Edinburgh allocated it to me.

I have been using this Practice for 42 years and have never had a bad experience with any of the Doctors. Appointment system works very well especially where it is an urgent matter. The Doctors and staff offer a very good service in often very difficult circumstances and we should all be thankful that we have such a facility available.
