I called the local store (Rugby) where I was meant to be collecting from...absolutely awful! 20 minutes on the phone...I ended up just hanging up, because “they were checking”…the shop isn’t that big…where were they looking! I only ordered through JD because it was same day collection. You were more expensive! I may as well cancel now as I didn't get them when I wanted & order them cheaper. Genuinely awful service, from order to not yet delivered! I would avoid unless they are in stock. Also avoid if you are trying to collect from Rugby…seems there is an issue with basic intelligence at that particular shop! Or phone manor! In fact even remembering you have been on hold for 20 MINUTES!

Really rude, unprofessional staff !!!
Specially when the blond girl saying she was manager refused to give me a refund or exchange!!
Ridiculous!
staff needs more training and being more respectful to customers as without them they get nowhere !!!

The shop itself is nicely laid out with a good selection etc. However the staff are literally the slowest people on earth. I was at the tills almost 15 minutes and there was only 1 person Infront who got 1 item. Other staff are stood around with arms folded staring off into space.

Every time I visit there is a long queue with only one member of staff on the tills and on occasions I’m stood waiting for 15 mins to be served. I collected some shoes today I ordered online and it took 20 mins for them to be found.

20mins queue to collect. Never enough people on the till, always loads of staff on the floor and just one on the till. Ruins the experience... Sort it out!!!
