I love their co-brand called Quiz ???? I have this nice dress that I bought a while back and I am still in love with it til this day! It fits my figure well! ????????✨????

Staff unbelievably rude and left a huge que with a lad who was clearly struggling. The shop was so boiling hot, hardly any staff also. Really unwelcoming! Very poor customer service. Manager had very poor attitude.

Great ranges of products for all age groups on kind off high price range but quality is good. and it has in house restaurant.

Seems very sparse and there is more sale rails than actual new clothes. Clean and tidy but not a great shopping experience.

I am obsessed with this brand! I zero in on their shoes and boots. Great value, pleasant staff, well displayed racks. Wasn't pleased with the last cardigan I got from them a month prior but they remain one of the best trusted brands for the mid income market.

Love this shop found it difficult to find my size in the sale everything is mixed up not good when you don't have the time to sort though.

My daughter and I both needed elegant dresses for a celebration night on a cruise ship. We spent hours looking in so many local shops, but could only find more casual dresses. New Look saved the day! We both found the perfect dress!!
My daughter also found another couple of outfits. Brilliant selection of clothes, friendly staff and receipts sent by email, highly recommend :)
