In reply to the negative review about me I will say this.
This was the second project I carried out for these customers
The first was to build a two level barn. The second some years later was to build a raised walkway from the first floor of their house to the top level of the barn.
The job was taken on with the understanding of all parties that it would be done on a day rate basis not a fixed price due to the strange nature of the project.
I was honest with the time I had and once that was up we were due to start on site elsewhere.
We lost some time due to the construction work needed on the house to be carried out by others.
The project was left watertight and in the hands of the roofer with the external boarding on site for another party to fit.
I wasn’t unreliable with my time, I was upfront on my next start date and I kept to that.

Russell is a good craftsman but can be very unreliable, mainly in terms of his time. For this reason we’d be reluctant to recommend him and would only rate him with 3 stars.
