Professional place. Did many jobs in the car, received it today, communication and technical details were great. My communication was with Vera, very polite and professional and hard working. She gave me all the necessary information. Devoted in her job. Entire team is hardworking. Long working hours which is convenient for the customer. I recommend German Experts

I want to thank the German Experts for the great service they have offered specifically Engineering service Abdelrahim Eldafrawy & Engineer Othman Naimand for the amazing job they offered.
I appreciate their dedication and efforts since 2018 with my Mercedes and now Porsche cars they have bern very professional and I am very happy with the service.

This shop provided friendly service, Mr. Emad made sure everything was going smoothly, they did not take much time and all work was done professionally.
He made sure I was comfortable waiting and explained everything he was going to do to the car and exactly what it needed. over all a great experience and reasonable pricing and I will be coming back for my regular services as well.

The shop is very nice and I really enjoyed while dealing with Mr. Emad, Thank you again

There is some reviews says that this car service center is same prices as agency and I agree indeed. This center has 3 ISO certificates but if you go to grocery store you get better service than here. I asked to see the manager and there were 3 of them every one is a manager here. At the end you will not get everything fixed or it will be fixed but damaged something else. Also put in mind that when you receive your car must take it to deep wash specially from inside (dust +grease).
They lost 4 star:
1. For over priced.
2. For not fixing all malfunctions after agreement for quotation (which was high)
3. For bad management.
4. For dirty car.
The only star left for thier uniform and premises.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting German Expert for a car maintenance check and I am extremely impressed with the service I received. Not only did the team at German Expert perform their tasks with precision and attention to detail, but they also provided me with excellent communication throughout the entire process.

In particular, I would like to thank the service advisor Vera Hyka for her exceptional service. She was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and informed during my visit. Vera took the time to explain everything that was being done to my car and answered any questions I had in a clear and concise manner.

It’s always a bit unnerving when dealing with the car garages because you never know what to expect especially when dealing with a company for the first time. I decided to try out German Experts for an issue that I had with my Audi A6 and I have to say it was by far the best experience I’ve had when dealing with a car service company. Vera who was handling my service did a phenomenal job and kept me updated throughout the process and was very courteous and professional. I’ll definitely be using these guys in the future and will ask for Vera specifically. Thank you guys.

Very professional customer handling. Convenient location and long working hours to suit customers. Technically very sound team which did a fabulous diagnostic and corrective job on my Ferrari, that even the dealer was not able to manage. The dealer had been recommending replacing a long list of parts which was clearly unnecessary.

Do not recommend. I took my mercedes for an issue I had, when they fixed it first time, another issue came, which was due to a part they didn’t right it properly and I was getting sounds. Then after 4 months another thing got ruined in the car, took it to fix it, it got fixed but another issue came as soon as I took it out the next day...not worth it
