Considering employment with this company after being referred by a friend and present employee who says it's a good workplace and rewarding financially but also have read some troubling reviews on a range of websites that give me pause

Recently had one of their employees arrested for slander after complaining on a FB post, while in the US, about not getting additional time off for medical leave. Spent ten days in jail until bailed and still faces another year if found guilty at trial under the UAE's very tough anti-slander laws (as long as you're a company or a government official otherwise much less so). Global Aerospace Logistics is everything wrong with how businesses and officials operate in the UAE. Corrupt, incompetent and shameful.

Dishonorable people working in a country that tramples upon human rights on a regular basis.

Will never get my fleet of UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters serviced by them ever again.
