I‘m wondering why Asmaa “the receptionist” still working there as everyone is complaining about her attitude. She didn’t answer my calls nor my emails!

The examiners were very polite and the staff were helpful and also very patient in answering our questions.

I called twice on the 1st Sep, and 4 times on the 2nd September, and they have said they will call me back but I have still received no call back. The staff is very poor, specifically Asma Osman. The communication in the institute is very bad.

Disastrous experience with A1 and A2, feedback is neglected, complaints are disregarded, demands are not meet, worst investment I've ever done and the only one I regret.
