DONT BUY FROM THEM!! All frozen items recieved melted and spilled, worst shop ever, if you dont have cooling bags, then dont sell frozen items!! Bad option and very bad quality

The staff in the Chapel en le Frith store are exceptional, always so happy friendly and helpful. They make my weekly shopping experience a breeze and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else! Food and product are great too with always plenty of offers on.

The staff at this store are lovely, however someone has decided to remove all but 4 of the staffed tills and replace them with self service checkouts - and it simply isn’t working. There are long queues at the staffed tills, but all too often only 2 of them are open which is leading to a bottle neck and lots of customer moans. Why don’t head office come and talk to the customers about their decision instead of leaving the store staff to deal with it?

An average sized supermarket with alot to offer, including a cafe, a fresh bakery, and a meat and fish counter.
All the shelves seemed fully stacked with alot of offers available.
Till service was quick and easy, and with free parking spaces outside whats not to like.
Easy to find via sat nav too.

Although it compact shop everything in that I required
Prices where too high for my liking.
Counter staff where all talking no work.
More staff on counters than bigger stores have in good day just not fair not right

Unfortunately some members of staff suffer from ableism and assumptions. I am a regular customer at this store and a powered wheelchair user. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. However I recently visited the store with my carer and was not using my wheelchair. Since then I am being ignored by certain members of staff and I feel unwelcome. Maybe educate yourself about disabilities and steer away from drawing judgement when you have zero idea about someone's medical background especially when this is a complex, fluctuating form of motor neurone disease.

Just tried to buy 10 chicken gougons from the hot counter. Wanted a few sauces and the lady wouldn't let me have more than one. I had 10 pieces of chicken and one sauce. I asked if I could have more and 2as told extremely rudely that I could. Asked for the manager and he was the same. Going to complain to their managers.

Our daughter has coeliacs and is totally gluten intolerant. We stopped off for a bite to eat at the cafe in Morrison's, Chapel-En-Le-Frith. They've not long started doing gluten free food.
The level of service can only be described as excellent. The lady who served us (I think her name was Chris) was very professional. She made sure that the kitchen staff were aware of the gluten free aspect of our order and they were then able to ensure that there was no cross contamination.
Our order arrived quickly ad was well cooked with good ingredients.
We don't often need to travel to Chapel-En-Le-Frith but for those that do, we can highly recommend the cafe in Morrison's to you!
