Last summer it was crazy busy in London so not only did they not help whatsoever with catering orders by being mediators and helping with last minute orders, they were late at delivery, also misplaced and lost or broke dishes and laundry, afterwards had their agent trying to changing the narative and apologizing if she "did anything wrong personally" as she wasn't on duty previously..insisted of doing her job.
Last month, as our company advised us to do our personal laundry along with the plane one, and I had my new year's dress given to their laundry which they charged express for, the dress got completely destroyed and they refused to take responsibility. After several calls and emails that went on for weeks they finally convinced the laundry responsible to reach out, but it turns out they were also not responsible and offered a " gesture of good will of 50£" that I found offensive and refused.
The dress was expensive and it might as well have been of the owner who sometimes leaves clothing items onboard after wearing them .. guess who would have taken the heat for that..
Completely useless service all around. Would not recommend.

Otherwise been fine enough, wish there was an actual footpath to get here in the morning but maybe be in time the 510 will be more regular over here.
