I am not recommending this agency, very poor services like they dont know what they are doing, their clients is the one who is suffering. Worst agency!! Please dont try to take any services from this company. Very poor services. If I can rate them no star, I will do it. They don't deserve even one star.

Worst travel agent ever. They delayed my ticket refund for 11 months. And customer service is NIL. Don't even deserve a rating. I'm posting this to guide whoever wants to deal with them in the future. Managers are the worst. What we expect as customers are for a manager to resolve our problem, if we make a complain. But at Greenline they make it worst when we approach a senior or a manager.

Don't answer calls
Lies to the customer
Don't take ownership for mistakes
Not polite at all.

Very good place from Nepalis peoples and india, pakistan & banglades also.

very poor service and expensive ticket price then other travel agency ...I am follow last 3 years but now no more this is a last time to buy from here ....when I buy ticket here in 1330 that time namaste travel gave in 1100 in same flight ..

Staff nabin has been so rude ..within 10 days he increased visa fees to 30 more dhm and on inquiry as to why he said take it or leave it ...

Very poor service. Due to staff’s negligence stuck in airport for one night for visa change. I would suggest that do not go with this this travel agent.
