Despite what is going on staff are very friendly and helpful. I missed my parcel and was travelling the same day , I headed down to the delivery office to try to collect but the parcel was still with the postman and the office was going to close at 2 meaning I wouldn’t be able to collect my parcel . The lovely lady at the counter made a few phone calls and got the postman to come back to my house so I could get my medication before I travelled away. That is the true meaning of going above and Beyond ❤️ Well done

How is anyone who works supposed to get their parcels and letters when it’s opening times are ridiculous. Not all of us have no commitments and can just stroll in whenever. Doesn’t help the actual royal mail website says normal hours still so already had one wasted journey for them to be closed since 2pm what a joke!

Absolute disgrace. Took the day off to wait for a very important package to be delivered. They showed up in normal time dropped in the letters and were gone in a matter of seconds but later in the evening they have had the audacity to go and update the tracking that they "tried to deliver but there was no anwser" absolute liars. Didnt even leave a note.

Not sure what to expect of a delivery office but was disappointed they don't sell any stationery (letters, boxes etc) for any items you need sent out
