This branch is located in Shahama.

Be prepared to wait as everything is baked freshly on orders.

I ordered the Kraft and Honey.
Cheese Manakeesh.
Doner Tavuk. Chicken Manakish.

Packaging is very good. It keeps all the Manakish warm. Manakish was delicious. Everything came out hot from the oven. Chicken Manakeesh was really good.

There is seating available inside the restaurant but it’s very hot as the blazing fire is always hot.

Friendly and polite staff.

Parking space is available.

Staff not professional and never follow your special request.. and when ever you ask why they start convincing you that it was your mistake.. they are well trained for it ????????

Tried their shawarma and it was good. All their food items are tasty, but billing staff attitude is not acceptable, they give priority only to local customer's, especially in Shahana branch the billing staff needs to be replaced and provided with hospitality training.

Used to be one of the best places to get manakish from.They changed their staff,The food took too long 45 min instead of 5 min and when we finally got the food it wasn't what we ordered.The taste was also????????????

I usually stop here when returning from Abu Dhabi. Served hot right from the oven, their food is super tasty.

While the pastries are very descent and the prices reasonable. The main reason why I give it a 3/5 stars is simply for two reasons.

1. Lack of customer service. Staff doesn't speak good English so it is hard for anyone to understand what you are asking for unless you speak Arabic. Also, when you call, you might need to try like 10 times before it gets through.

2. Delivery is awful. There is no word to describe it then simply awful. It will take much longer than expected and they would not tell you why it is delayed.
