I have to say I actually cannot fault the service at rowlands!! It’s always top notch!!This goes way back to when we needed meds for an elderly family member!! None of the huge corporate pharmacies had them and we were at our wits end. Sharon and the team at Rowlands sorted this out immediately. On a personal matter the team go above and beyond to ensure that I get mine and hubby’s prescriptions on time l. (Even when I’m last minute . Com). They have been super supportive with making sure I have all the documents I need to travel with controlled meds!!Keep up the good work team you are fab!! X

Awful chemist made to stood waiting whilst the woman behind the counter scowled & ignored me - made me feel very uneasy so walked out.
People who usually go into a chemist are general unwell or need help, the last things you want to see is a miserable unhelpful member of staff who looks at you like something she has trod in and completely ignores you - lesson learnt - avoid this place!

Long wait. Too busy talking to friends about cycling and what they're doing next week. Every time you go in you wait so long for service. Lots of staff but very little action. Won't be going back.

Fantastic service always helpful and I really appreciate all their advice and support during this current situation the staff have worked so hard all throughout the pandemic. I am now 32 weeks pregnant and they have always been there if I have needed advice and made up my prescription if needed urgently!

Gill always brightens your day even if she is having a tough day she still battles threw it and always greats you with a smile! You guys are all a credit to Rowlands pharmacy for working so hard!

Having been advised that it would take a week to fulfill a prescription and it would be delivered a week on Tuesday it never turned up. We visited the chemist at 1.30 on Friday to be advised the pharmacist was going for lunch and we would have to wait 30 minutes. Returned after 30 minutes to be told they were sorting it 1 hour and 40 minutes later we left without the drugs my nana desperately needed. There was also another 2 prescriptions which we ended up taking elsewhere as they couldn't fill them. During the 1 hour and 40 minutes several people left after waiting too long, several left that came to collect prescriptions that weren't ready and several left as they didn't have the items needed. Communication defiantly amiss will not be using again.
