Does the owner know that the shop opens at 10:00 instead of 8:15 as it is written in google maps ? Called the shop more than 10 times nobody replied. Im waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the shop is still closed.

I could not rave about this place more if I tried. It is fabulous in every possible way - relaxing, high quality, comfortable, thoughtful with stunning views, delicious breakfast and the most beautiful hosts. This stay was the highlight of our trip. If you have the chance to book here, don’t miss out.

Absolutely stunning place to stay, inside and out. Such hospitality and kindness with fantastic friendly hosts. The porridge with whisky is a triumph served in a dining room you'd expect to see Jane Austen in. The whole decor is beautifully done. Can't wait to revisit.

Arrandale House!! Where shall I start? The hosts, absolutely wonderful, the accommodation, absolutely brilliant, the views, gorgeous, the breakfast, filling, perfectly cooked, presented, and tasty.
We only went for 4 days to celebrate my birthday. Little did I know that my better half had rang ahead to arrange things, but Kerry and William made it special!!
A lovely bunch of flowers in the room. Which I thought was from the hosts! But was from David, Kerry even sorted a cake with candles a rendition of happy birthday with morning tea!!!
Was lovely really lovely. They made us feel at home from day 1 to leaving!!
The house was gorgeous the view regardless of the weather again stunning. The best black pudding I have tasted in a very long time!! If I could score more than 5 it would be at least a 10.

My fiance and I stayed here in October. The house and grounds are beautiful. The owners are the sweetest, friendliest couple you can imagine. Our room was lovely and comfortable with a gorgeous view. The Scottish breakfast was the best we had on our trip. I hope we have the opportunity in the future to return to Scotland and stay here again!

Just back from a wonderful weekend at Arrandale House. We both have to agree with previous reviews that this is a fantastic place to visit. It is all you could ask for: spotless, beautiful surroundings, brilliant breakfasts and our hosts, Kerry & William were outstanding making us feel at home from the minute we arrived. Can’t wait to return!

Absolutely one of the best B&B we have ever used. Place is spotless and the welcome we received was not what we expected everything was explained to us by Kerry the owner. The breakfast was first class and nothing was to much trouble pre ordered so it was ready for what ever time you wanted. Will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely perfect. Accommodating and friendly. Rooms are beautiful and clean, the breakfast superb and extensive. Location and grounds make this the ideal place to stay if you visit Pitlochry. 100% will be coming back.

What wonderful holiday accommodation.
Beautiful rooms and very welcoming.
The Scottish breakfast is the best I have had in any bed& breakfast.
The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet.
