First visit today and I have to say a great service on getting a passport renewal. Chris was excellent and made it look so simple, all online and No hassle like the paper forms. Friendly service, will definitely be going back.

Recently had a holiday so needed euros. Decided to use leek’s post office ( used it before). I hate shopping but Chris made the experience a happy event. She’s so charming and helpful. A real credit to the company. Cheers to all team based there

I went to this branch yesterday at 4.30 ish. I was struggling with an 18KG parcel and I was waiting for ages. Even though the staff was just looking at paperwork, non one of them said I could come forward and just place it on the counter or anything, I get it’s close to closing time but it just wasn’t nice.

Went to ask about passport renewal advised to bring passport in on the following saturday to do on line arrived by 9.30 am all done on P.O. i pad inc. photo. All done by 10.00 am. Fee paid New passport 10 days later. This was done within the first week of the P.O. industrial action. What great service without having to fill in paper forms. such attentive service.

Fabulous things to buy in their retail department
gifts and beautiful cards Jewellery Lovely lights Children’s toys Wrendale goods too
Don’t just look in the window go inside you’ll be amazed. Well worth a look you will definitely see something you want to buy Beautiful classy things
Oh and the balloons Wow. Birthdays Weddings baby shower’s absolutely everything. Just ask they even deliver Balloons for EVERY occasion. Personalised too if you like. They’re incredible Don’t queue to pay go straight to the Retail counter. The staff are so helpful
