One of the best Supermarket to get wholesale pricing. Cheapest price in the area, may be in whole Al Ain too. The service is so good, they even drop you home wth purchased goods free of cost if you live around Sherikath Area. Provides shopper bags for free.

Has a huge collection of goods and pretty large area to shop from.

This place is apt for buying things in bulk.

Friday evening, quick bite en route out out, 2 x stone cold fries as usual, despite queues out the door suggesting brisk trade. Didn't have time to complain - fast food, right? Parking chaos due to crazy traffic layout, slow service, defective WiFi yet no 3G4G signal inside, dirty tables, won't be returning to this sub-standard example of the franchise in a hurry

Took my daughter after nursery with the wife n baby. Service was good, especially from lady who served us on table 13. She topped up my frappe with some chocolate bits... wife's burger was not warm enough but rectified the mistake straight away by providing a piping hot burger.

Slow service and staff don't even smile and acknowledge you. Ate in and so glad we did as found a hair in the ice-cream. Staff are obviously not wearing hair nets. While I was waiting for my food a customer came in who had ordered through the drive through, got all the way home to find items missing and had to come all the way back, staff gave the missing items with absolutely no apology. Staff really need training on customer service

I was told that I had a Bay delivery by the drive thru person but in actual fact I had ordered for in-store pickup. I sat around waiting until I realised something was up, went in and they all looked at me like I was an alien for not knowing what's what. The app can be a tad tedious to use and user mistakes are inevitable.

Usual McDonald's food except, I presume due to the long queue, the burger was cold when I got it. My order had been sitting already prepared for who knows how long. The drive in is horrendous over 20 minutes queuing. The full length of the queue is hidden as you drive in so you can't make a decision to order inside instead as you are stuck in the queue with no way to escape

Place lacking management!
Unfortunately, during my visits after 7pm, I have noticed a group of Romanian children occupying tables, smoking e-cigarettes, riding scooters indoors, and making a mess on the floor. While some customers have tried to address the issue, it seems that the staff is unable to control the situation. Additionally, there have been several occasions where items were missing from the menu. Based on my recent experiences, I would advise others to avoid this place until they can address these management and customer service issues.

It's a standard McDonald's. It has lots of space cut up into rooms. They did forget two fries but corrected the mistake straight away. The place was clean when we went in.

Probably one of the worst McDs in the UK! I’ve had several drive thrus, always order large or medium meals and they give half a portion of fries. Burgers are thrown together with no sauce and packaging half on. They never give napkins with the drive thru. Food always tastes cold. I can’t recommend!
