Overcharged for no reason, complained about it and didn't get any feedback. The drivers' hygiene is questionable

Pre booked a taxi for an interview, the phonecall computer lady thing was extremely abrupt but I thought that's the way it is, when waiting for said taxi no one arrived and I had to call the computer lady again and she said there are no available drivers, so maybe don't say its pre booked??? Thank god albatross was on it and I arrived on time but it's just so vague the westerns system, even when I WhatsApp if everything was in place there was no response and
still anxiety on my end, really not good.

Anytime I tried to call they kept hanging up. Wouldn’t waste my time booking a taxi as they are unfriendly and unprofessional.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Pre-booked a taxi to take us to the bus station to get a coach down to London. Taxi was confirmed. They never turned up. Tried to call, the awful automated system told me they were looking for a driver. Tried to cancel, automated system wouldn't allow it, it tried to transfer me to a real person, no one would answer the phone. Use Albatross instead!

No issues with taxis but the booking system is awful. And once booked the only way you can check if the taxi is coming is to use another phone to call as the automated machine doesn’t let you check! Makes it very difficult for a customer

Very fast service, had not long phoned for the taxi and it was there to pick us up, driver was very polite. Car was very clean and had a lovely scent in it. Could not fault the company.

Really pleased with the service, it's the first time we have used western cars, Very easy to book, lots of updates and info even the colour, make and model of car coming to collect you.. faultless.. thank you.

Excellent taxi service from Derby railway station. Arrived within minutes and details of my previous journey stored on the system so the driver knew where I eas going. Very friendly driver who made the journey interesting as we chatted all the way to my home.
