I will never visit them, although I was their customer for years!
I went to bleach my face, and the first thing I said was that my skin is sensitive. The next day my face was all burned out with scars all over chin, nose and forehead. I went to them and they refused to take responsibility and blamed it all on my skin although I told them what is my skin type! I even reached out to the owner but she ignored me.
This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life!

Tried the henna service, and was not satisfied with the outcome! I did not get what i asked for not even something similar.

Unprofessional with their time management and bookings even though they are not that busy .

Blow dry with ironing is 126 AED which I think is a bit expensive for short hair

Ms Saloumi was professional and ensured that I was at ease. I highly recommend this Salon.
