On holiday, staying near Fort William when the starter motor on my 21 year old VW T4 starts misbehaving. Spoke with garage late on a Friday afternoon, they ordered a new one and squeezed me on 1st thing Monday. Old original starter was well and truly goosed and the new one fitted within the hour. Labour charge was a bit expensive, but worth it considering the possible alternative! ????????????

Jenny is absolutely lovely! Cannot rate this place highly enough, we were on the way to the Isle of Skye when we hit a pothole coming into Fort William and snapped a coil spring. Jenny was a nice friendly voice at the end of the phone and managed to fit us in a short notice. The rest of the team at Clansman Garage were very helpful and friendly too. Would highly recommend 10/10 !!!!

On holiday up in Arisaig with a broken rear spring. Service I received was second to none, very quick and extremely efficient. Thank you so much for enabling me to drive home safely tomorrow ????

Had a wonderful experience. Very friendly. Admired my Audi A2 ☺️. It shouldn’t make any difference, but it was really brilliant to see a female MOT tester and Jenny was excellent.

A truly amazing team! Managed to source and fit new brakepads to my campervan (VW T6) at very short notice - same day actually. I had thought the old ones would be good for another 10000km but didn't know about Scottish single track roads so the Check Brakepads warning came on. Clansman's team fixed it quickly and professionally - at an absolutely reasonable price. Also got a tip what needs maintenance next along with assurance that it can wait until I'm back in Germany.
I've done 700km since changing the brakepads, everything is smooth and silent, couldn't be happier and more relaxed doing the few remaining single tracks :)
