A buffet restaurant near Al Whada Mall located at Phoenix Hotel's Ground Floor. Their foods are good. Their buchi are very adorable. Crab balls are available ????. Staff are kind and hospitable. Their buffet price is AED 67, including VAT and unlimited drinks. You may call them for advance reservation. Parking is a hussle, it's better to park on the other side of the highway. However, the parking is premium. The place is good for your family, friends, and workmates bonding.

Upon entering, the first thing I noticed is the cleanliness of their area. The place is properly cleaned and is well maintained.

The next thing that caught my attention are the wide variety of food. From beef, chicken and seafood for BBQ; to frozen meat and fresh vegetables for hotpot; to sushis, buns, rice and noodles for buffet; they have alot to choose from You come hungry and will surely leave with a full tummy ????

Their staff are also very courteous and helpful. They help us take the food to our table. They are also regularly refilling the food in the containers to make sure that there are enough quantities on-display.

Also, they are doing proper sanitization on the tables and chairs, so we feel safe and comfortable. Each table can accommodate 4 person. There are also more seating available on their 2nd floor.

During Ramadan, they are open from 11AM to 12MN for dine in. They also have a take away option on selected items at a very affordable price.

Overall, it was an amazing dining experience! Will definitely come back again soon!

My son introduced me to this gem of a place. It's an all you can eat hotpot and grilled seafood/meat/vege. Love the food, especially the dessert. This place even comes with a sushi bar!

I enjoyed this Korean hotpot restaurant to others I've tried, good selection of food and sauces, plenty of sushi, excellent service

Love the food ???? the place as well as its team. Love it’s cleanliness compared to other places. Additionally, thanks to their staff Clark who was very attentive to our needs without telling him. Really appreciate him. My sister and I will surely come back.

I love this park! Such a great place to have a picnic or take children to play ???? Will definitely go back there again.

Good park, lots of space for running, playing tennis, and sun bathing. Also, there are benches where you can rest and chill for a while. If you love dogs then you'll love it here, and dogs of different shapes and sizes are running around here. It's a very green park with lots of shade. Highly recommended!

This park is so great for a visit. It's well kept, the walled flower garden is so pretty and we lucked out as the bee garden was also open. We got to meet and see the bee keepers harvesting honey and bought some local honey and produce. What a treat. The kids loved it.

If you don’t like dogs i would avoid this park as there’s lots of them running around. Not a problem for me as i love dogs and much prefer them to cats due to their loyalty. Anyway, the park is nicely kept and generally clean of rubbish and litter. Toilets are a bit gross, though, so do your business before you come here i would say!

Beware. Gangs of hooded youths scaling the tennis court and trying to break the door lock. Had to move my things to prevent them being stolen. At one point they blocked the gates to the tennis court with their bikes and I wasn’t sure what was going to happen. No security and the situation felt pretty out of control.

Beautiful and calming, big open space, just make sure you don’t walk your dog on a weekday after 9pm. You will get locked in and may have to jump a fence or two.

Have visited many times, a good place to stroll around before a cricket match at the Oval.
A popular Park for a variety of activities, today there were dog walkers,picnickers, joggers and sun bathers .
There is a memorial to the many people who died in and air raid in 1940.

Nice park, quite simple, enough trees and lots of sun (on rare London sunny days), also it has a public toilet, not the cleanest though.
