My friend and I love to eat the Pandesal that is baked here. This restaurant is small place for few persons but good to buy and take away.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
Terrible customer service. Ordered food to go and was given the WRONG and MISSING ORDER, I also found out we were given no plastic utensils or napkins. Nearly impossible to reach by phone and extremely unhelpful when that eventually happens. I would leave zero stars if I could.
. I would NEVER tell anyone to order here. They don't know how to fix the problem they just ignore you !!!!!! Specially the INDIAN person who spoke with me over the phone !!!

Had a late-night meal in there lately with a good bright-friend MaJoy, as they close the shop at 1AM. Tried their beef-tapa which is on the little sweet side, and serving just a little-above regular serving. The beef meat is tender though. The garlic fried rice does qualify on the expected fried rice at par for a tapa, as it feels like just tossed in oil and fried garlic and the rice has some boiled-feel still in it.
I paired my meal with a Matcha Bubble Tea but the pearls are soggy without the nuttiness, and that's a disappointment. They don't have card payments too.

Everything about this place outstanding. The food, the setting, the staff, all brilliant.
We came by on a little camper trip and stopped for breakfast, we immediately fell in love with the place, really cute cottage in a beautiful spot by the river. Our food was delicious and when we were leaving our lovely waitress told us about the history of the building and gave us a tip to take a walk down to a nearby beach.
It was breathtaking. We saw lots of seabirds including Puffins. We would have just got back on the road without this recommendation, and it turned into our favourite stop of the whole trip so a big thank you to the River Bothy ????

OK this is the one. We were a group of 15 cyclist doing the NC500. We were cycling it clockwise so this was one of the last cafes we went to. And it didn't disappoint us, from the location the decor the service and the food were all amazing. This place is a gem of a cafe. And our favourite cafe from the NC500.. ????u200d♀️

Top rated for a very good reason, the staff were diligent in serving the never ending stream of customers through the door! Very efficient very tasty very worthwhile

Park up, get scones or cake with a hot drink and then walk them off hiking a short excursion in the valley. This place is set in a lush, sheltered slice of paradise untypical of the weathered harshness of much of this coastline. The historic wash house machinery still installed in the River Bothy are also a quirky and interesting side note too - really pleased they’ve kept so much of it.

Fantastic cafe in Berriedale off the A9. Everything about the place has been well thought out, the menu, the cakes ... oh the cakes... the staff, the gifts, even the toilets!
I have rarely seen such a good choice of cakes outside patisseries in France. Hard to recommend one cake when there are so many, but special mention to the lemon roulade and the berry cheesecake. So good we went back with friends 2 days later. I could happily go back every day but too far from home and I would need a new wardrobe in a larger size!
They will add or subtract an item on a dish to suit your taste or dietary requirements.
Very friendly and attentive staff.
Closes at 4 so make sure you get there by 3 to enjoy the food. Can get very busy. There are tables outside too.
Worth visiting the nearby pebble beach while you are there, especially if you like bird watching.

Cannot recommend enough. Incredibly welcoming staff who accommodated 5 of us for coffee and cake which we were very happy about. (Would recommend booking for bigger groups). The homemade cake was incredible. We had a few slices of the Guinness Cake which was divine and some millionaires shortbreads. Our only complaint is that they wouldn't give us the recipe for the Guinness Cake ???? definitely worth a visit

Couldn’t be any better, great selection of menu items, amazing service and great quality food. Very accommodating staff going above and beyond. Quick service. Lovely shop and cakes too! We will be back again for sure!
