Whenever I come, a person that is accepting orders DO NOT inform about additional charges if you add orange juice instead of soda. Who doesn’t pay attention, they end up spending more than the price they sam on the screen. Those things have to communicated professionally saying that that would cost 4 additional dirhams. Also they don’t ask which size would you like to get, they consider it would be regular. This is below standard, even for the fast food chain. I would rather set mu order electronically than choosing to deal with them. Shame because the food is actually good.

Tried their deal with one cheese burger and one chicken burger. The chicken burger was good, the cheese burger was average, but good service and worth coming back experience.

YAS MALL BRANCH - VERY BAD.
YOU HAVE TO WAIT 30mins for your order. No one is at the counter to do the orders it’s only the cashier. They are waiting for orders until it pile up, and no one’s doing it. SERIOUSLY if you’re hungry you have to have a lot of patience.

Worst Hardees Experience in my whole life... i have complained about a meal to the staff where the supervisor pretended that he is busy looking here and there without saying anything to me... when i told him that you should pay more attention to customer complaints ..he said" yea ! next time"...
A Hardees supervisor should be more customer centric that anyone else. Sorry for that Hardees but this is shocking for me

Had a chicken Sante fa burger and was really good. Fries where good too. Recommend the honey mustard dip too.

Hardee's they are cheater to the customer,I order 2 double burger when our order comes to me I realize that the bread they cut into 3 PCs so it's will come 2 layer.normal I always eat in Max burger and burger king and it's not like that..and the lady counter she ask me much prices to upgrade my french fries.i won't never eat again in Hardee's and never recommend to my friends.

Prebooked 2 hours early and taxi never showed up. Called and told to wait for a driver to be allocated. After 30 mins waiting, gave up and got an uber who arrived promptly.

Would not recommend. Booked a return taxi from Newton-Le-Willows to Bolton. No problem with the outward journey. Phoned up for the return to be told they don’t cover Bolton even though they quoted me for a return and confirmed the collection point. Will not use again

Booked a taxi for 11pm last night, gave 12 hours notice. Still ‘assigning the driver’ at 2345!! We ended up having to walk home 3 miles home! Not sure how they couldn’t find a driver when at least 7 of their taxis drove past us

Used them before, but this time was the worst. Called the day before travel and was advised best to call on the day to have a better chance of getting a suitable vehicle, otherwise the booking would default to 2 cars not one. Decided to use the app the following day as it says priority booking! Comment box, asked for either a Prius as it’s has enough seats and used many times before, or simply a large car, or last case option 2 cars. I understand that there aren’t always Prius drivers in the area no guarantee of having it. But surely with enough notice, pre booked the least I’d expect is 2 cars turning up at the same time. The one car arrived 10 mins late then ended up same driver returning to pick up the rest of our party after dropping us off.

They fast n they are available all times through the day n night I had no issues going to my destination but however I did have issues with driver once going bk home at 8 pm ish he sat in his car named a name he was waiting for which wasn't me funnily enough it was the same name another driver used to get out of taking me home n one of them was actually for me ...both drivers just sat in their cars outsude the station going no where n I had to wait for another taxi ..took me longer to get home
Morning drivers are brilliant n chatty polite n no issues at all there.

Absolutely shocking service. Switchboard are friendly but don’t expect your taxi to turn up. Waited over a hour and still after numerous calls and being assured the new driver was on his way, still didn’t turn up. After the 4th attempted, I called another company. DO NOT USE!!!

Waste of time. Avoid at all costs. Ignorant phone manner not helpful. Taxi booked for 11pm, they let someone else in rhe taxi, then two other taxis turned up with no one in them ad they refused to take us. Shocking customer service will not use again .
