Worst company in town and please avoid them.
it took ages to send quotation and they ask money upfront but once you pay they never come to do the work. Even i case of emergency (water leak) they don’t rely or show up ????????????????????????

Paid an assestment , they came and evaluate, it took ages to get a quotation (super high price) asked when they can start the work and then nobody replied my question.The comunication is really bad . Money and time wasted

I decided to delay my review till I know how this company works and seems like once you sign with them they come once and never again. I will never renew with them.

I moved from Perth and was referred to use Hayatt facilities for pool cleaning and landscaping.
Highly satisfied with all the work specially good customer service from operation manager Qaiser Mustafa who coordinated very well.
Highly recommended.

We have been dealing with Hayatt for past 7 years and have found them to be excellent in maintenance. The team is professional and found them too be much better than other companies that we dealt with sin the past. We recommend them to for swimming pool cleaning and garden services as well.

It's difficult to find quality tradesmen and services at the best of times in Abu Dhabi but Hayatt are certainly taking poor service and unreliability to new levels.
Rude customer service staff and shoddy workmanship coupled with a lassez faire attitude from management.
Turns out many of their 5 star reviews are actually written by employees.
