Having bought and sold many properties, We cannot reccommend Hentons enough! The best estate agents we have ever come across covering the whole of Cardiff. From the off they accomodated us at our pace and were very competitive with their fees. Very transparent and always putting us as the vendors first, even after the sale was agreed which is unusal for most. Very empathetic, supportive and always available. They made what was the most stressful time more manageable by being so professional with all parties involved and I dont think we would have the opportunity to buy the property we did without having Hentons as our agents. Special mention to Rhys, he is an absolute credit to the firm. Nothing is too much for him and we cannot thank hom enough for his hard working and caring attitude.
We cannot thank you enough.
And if you want to live in Cyncoed or Lakeside they are so good and knowledgeable about the area and being a small independent firm they actually care, so do not hesitate about using them!!!

I rented a flat with Hentons for three years and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Whenever I needed help, Rhys was always available to lend a hand, and I was otherwise left to live peacefully in a very high-quality property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
