I visited the showroom for the first time with my daughter and was impressed with the range and layout. I was interested in buying a folding mobility scooter but Angela showed us many options. She was knowledgeable, interested in our needs for the product and listened . At no time did she pressure us into buying. I ended up buying a Zora carbon power chair and Andrew completed the paperwork in a friendly, professional way.
He explained details of the purchase comprehensively.
A pleasant experience, I’m sure we will visit again.

Visited today, looking for an electric wheelchair for my grandmother with my mum. Saw a really suitable one and the sales advisor Paul, came over straightaway. Answered every question we had. Thank you for your patience with us, and we purchased the chair with confidence. Thanks again!

Andrew from the Cardiff store was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was a first time scooter purchase and he explained the difference between a few scooters we were interested in and that helped us decide. I would definitely purchase from here again. Can’t comment on scooter as awaiting delivery. Thank you Andrew

Our 1st visit to CareCo and so glad we went. We were shown the utmost curtsey and Andrew Beacon was very helpful, showed us how to operate the chair controls, nothing was to much trouble for him. Very pleasant, helpful, jolly man. So pleased with the service that my friend and i purchased the same riser/recliner. Well happy. Thank you Andrew

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice showroom with wide aisles to test drive a mobility scooter, wheelchair or walking aid. Lots of other useful aids there too including beds and riser/recliner chairs. Better to see for yourself. We bought a scooter that has really helped hubby to get about.

Recently visited the Hadfield Rd Cardiff branch with the intention of purchasing a mobility scooter. When we arrived we were greeted at the door by Andrew Beacon and I must say his expertise was fantastic, he explained all the different models and what would be best suited for my dad.
After we had made our decision Andrew dealt with the paperwork swiftly explaining everything we as we went through it all and else explaining everything we would need to do when the scooter arrives.
Very pleased with the service given by Andrew today.
Would highly recommend.

Andrew was empathic to our needs. Took time to explain and re-explain what the options were. At no time did we feel pressure to purchase, even to the extent we could have left and returned if requires. Angela also supported Andrew and would recommend their hands on caring kind interactions

Excellent service, Andrew was very helpful and gave good honest advice. Would recommend visiting. Wife very happy with fire side chair, and support pillow. Andrew was also able to help me with obtaining a home demonstration of a power chair I am interested in getting.
