Had to wait in the car while my partner had an eye operation. Feel there should be better facilities offered for people in a similar situation. No toilets nor refreshments available. Very poor service

A nicely laid out business park.
They should pay attention to the roads on the business park after it snows heavily like it did last weekend. It made the roads treacherous for a couple of days at the beginning of the week.
