I brought a brand new sealed macbook pro M1 Max for very good price and with multiple gifts and softwares installed for free. Shamseer is one who given all details with patience even i ask multiple times. He given all details with simle all the time. I recommand everyone to go this shop and deal with shamseer as i have very good experience with him and shop. Most importantly genuine products not copies and honestly they tell the truth of the product and sell for a good price for win win price for both parties. I will do my future purchases from here.

Avoid dealing with this company ( HI-TECH COMPUTERS with trade license CN-1059809 ) due to a high potential of scam and identity theft especially if you are planning to sell used items as they gather Emirates IDs and passports of all the people that sold to them dating back to years (2006) as mentioned by the staff on site. I saw all the different files of people with their personal emirates id information that is easily accessible to whoever could take advantage or use it for scam or identity theft. Main person to watch out for is Zakaria as he was the contact person selling to who didn’t mention that they take emirates ID or passport. Also, this review is to be publicly posted so that the owner ( Amin Ali Abdulla Baker ) can reassess the policies of purchasing used items from people that possess proof of purchase and/or invoice as the filipino and indian staff there at the time did not request for an invoice or proof of ownership, they just wanted the Emirates ID copy to which they can add to their files, even though I insisted to show them the invoice, they neglected to see or even follow it. To my knowledge, if someone has an invoice or a proof of ownership/purchase then there is no need for the Emirates ID at all. I noticed that they just scan your emirates ID and stick it to a document that doesn’t contain much information and they don’t even write down the serial number of the items being sold which means if there was any issue of a particular item it would be difficult to trace since there could be several items of the same model for example, to which they would have to select a random person with his or her ID based on that. Highly advisable to beware before dealing with them since it is easily accessible to view the details of people such as contact number and personal information to anyone visiting them since the files collected overtime are kept in an very unsafe and insecure manner. Hopefully this review reaches out and gives a warning to those who wish to avoid potential scams and identity theft.

P.S. your Emirates ID is your unique identity and having it shared and provided to shops just like this is highly unadvisable since it increases potential of future scams/abuse/ identity theft which is illegal.
