Architectural design was pretty so good.
Mosque,Hili Mall and Rotana hotel are just next to this massive housing.

Awesome place to live with family, full of safety security and with all amenities, now 2 months free offer with gym membership in rotana free drinking water, kids play area, garden along with a big masjid, as you feels like you are on a vacation mode

A good accommodation option as it's in close proximity to Hili Mall. Can be a bit noisy at night. There is also a large population of feral cats. Please spay and neuter your pets to avoid adding to these animals' miserable life on the streets.

The apartment has a lot of maintenance issues. The management, Asteco, is not good. The place is dirty, especially the children's parks. It doesn't have good parking spaces. There are abandoned cats everywhere, unfortunately, many pigeons littering everything. It is quite noisy, if not from the screaming children then from the old air conditioning machines. I requested the cancellation of my lease, due to serious maintenance issues, and they are refusing to cancel, even though I pay the fine correctly, as they don't want to return the remaining checks. I am being obliged to stay for another 7 months in this place, but I do not recommend it to anyone. Run! It is a headache!

Good locality very calm and quiet close to the Oman border.
Close to shopping malls as well
Security check at every point
Flats are decently maintained

Nice apartments available in Hilli.
For this rate I didn’t find any other apartments with similar size.
