Very bad experience with my first bus umrah booking with family. Very bad and very irresponsible driver (not stopping the bus for prayer and toilet) , he only stops at place of his choice (in which he will get commission from restaurant). Bus was not comfortable at all , we could not sleep . Hotel very far in Makkah and Madinah hotel was same like unclean hostel. I will raise this issue to high level . Please dont make booking for bus umrah with this company otherwise your family will suffer a lot
