AVOID!! I have had 3 courtesy cars from this branch. All 3 absolutely stank of wet dog! The first one was absolutely filthy inside and I had to personally clean it when I got home.i have complained in an email to Europcar and no reply!! The customer service at this branch is shocking!! The way I was spoken to was atrocious and the service staff are extremely rude!!
And to top it off, they send me a link to email in to complain!!!
Clearly they have not read this review!!
And the link doesn't work either!!!

Very underhanded business model and terrible customer service, that refused to refund a car that had 0 miles on it. They are running a scam service here. If you don't know exactly what you need beforehand you should just avoid going with Europcar.

Very easy access from/to Perth station via the back of the station (platform 7).
Very easy to get out of Perth too.
Very friendly and helpful team.
Excellent car.

have been trying to get through to Perth Branch in Scotland. been wiating for 45 minutes now for someone to simply pick up the phone. i will get my boss to knock them off our company suppliers list. having read posts, this is the norm. i don't even want to give them one star.

The office staff were great I just handed back my hire car and they made the transaction very easy I would highly recommend this company top marks from me. James

Staff were very helpful but my allocated vehicles engine management light came on within 25/30miles

Does not even deserve 1 star...!!

2nd Update.... the counter staff, couldnt care less about the wrong vehicle type, the lateness off the vehicle, in fact she could NOT CARE LESS.....

I have a car that is not fit for my purpose, being a disabled ex soldier...

I will NEVER use this lot again, they have NO form of customer service or any idea of how to look after customers.

Update.... car is the wrong class, and arrived 4hrs late. Made me late for work etc..

AVOID...

I have been trying to get hold of the Perth branch for over 2hrs and getting nowhere. Being a disabled customer, I needed to check the vehicle that I am booked for on Monday, as I do not want a useless car dropped at the house.

Received a tupperware box with wheels as my courtesy car.. Stated it was for a wheelchair and unfortunately wasn't actually practical... I should add the front drivers door had the support bolt loose which I had to keep tightening up myself the rear seat headrest was broken so couldn't flatten the seat for my chair...
