the hotel staff is very nice, the rooms very clean and the bed comfortable, all the hotel service is very good. The front desk team welcomed me very well and explained to me all the hotel services on arrival.

It was an excellent stay at this hotel in Abu Dhabi.

I want to highlight that I was impressed by the aervices provided by Awais, Pamela and Florence. They were prompt in their services at many occasions. Kudos to all of them.

I also want to highlight the work of Vanessa who cleaned my room. She is one of those “unsung heroes’. She is one of them who make ones stay relaxing/comfortable particularly when one returns after a long day in office or at work or after a leisure trip.

The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The staff and Housekeeping service were excellent. The buffet breakfast was filled with lots of varieties to choose from. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy your holiday. Also during breakfast i specifically requested veg sandwich which was provided immediately and should recommend this dish as everyday breakfast which will be helpful and healthy for people. Mahinder sir from breakfast also very supportive and helpful.

Great hotel my favourite hotel ever most important having that great team that well known what hospitality all about doing every thing g they can to make you comfortable and guaranteed you coming back Thank you soooooo much Mr. Mosad reception Agent for the upgrade and the extra bed checkin and checkout was smooth and clam. great professionalism from Manager Rose.
Breakfast is very healthy and delicious Mahinder and Chef is doing a perfect job.
Great Value of Money.

All was great. the receptionist was really nice lady, my status was recognized and even upgraded my room. I wish they didnt do that, as i was only staying for 1 night. Hoping next time i stay with them they will upgrade my room again, lool. Just one big thanks to whole team.

Thank you for Ms Mina tadena for assisting us for the smooth booking.
We were warmly welcomed by the Reception staff, and they were extremely friendly. Hotel rooms are clean & comfortable.
I also want to commend Mr Mahender from Restaurant. Superb services, and he makes us feel welcome and especial ????
Our children enjoyed the pool very much.
We will definitely come back again

Front desk and wait staff were superb. I really enjoyed the on site restaurant options. The breakfast option is a must, the options are endless. Room could have been a bit cooler, but I understand the culture and environment may not call for that.
