Very ignorant staff...i had ordered for breakfast and provided all the details address and mobile number...but they just cancelled my order without even informing..i just called again to check..the reason what they gave to cancel my order was that they dont know where this building is..even when cafeteria is in the same block..and they should really learn how to communicate.. pathetic experience..

One of the best south Indian veg and non-veg restaurant in Madinath zaid area. They serve good quality and tasty authentic south Indian food. especially Kayalpatnam cuisine. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner available.

They serve good breakfast dish like dosa, idly, poori, pongal, vada etc. Lunch they serve Chinese like fried rice noodles and south Indian authentic biryani. Fried rice and noodles are good taste. Tried parotta and chili chicken for dinner. Quality of parotta is good and the gravy for the parotta set also good and tasty.
Evening they serve ginger tea and good shacks like vada, samosa, bakoda etc.

Dine in area is available. Very small area with 3 table. Not recommended for family dine-in.

Take away available. Delivery available but covers only near by area.

Delivery start from 7:00 AM in the morning for breakfast. Dinner delivery from 7:00 PM. Time of minimum of 45 min to maximum of 1:00Hr.

Cost of this restaurant food are affordable. Some of the dish will cost more compared with local price.

Must try and recommended restaurant in RAK.

Very ugly restaurant. They don't have any clue what cleanliness is. Onetime when was eating vada something stuck in mouth and started to bleed then i realised i was chewing a sharp stabler pin( picture attached). I was very angry and showed to them the stabler pin but they calmly said next time they would be carefully. So please care if you want to eat at this restaurant you never know what would go into your stomach.

It was 2weeks waiting list, however, as arrived it was straight forward. Car park behind and possible at the front of the surgery too. Inside a bit dated, but tidy and clean. Very kind receptionist. Since I can not handle needles and I had to give some blood, doctor have been very nice. Let me take off the mask and put the fan on. I am really struggling with giving blood and because I have been seen literally in 2min, I could not overthink and scare myself even more. All happened so quickly and doctor have been very caring.
Ps. Not even a bruise.

Had a trainee do my blood test and she was lovely and so was the lady instructing her. I suffer from panic disorder and they made me feel comfortable. I didnt feel like it was an in and out experience they really treat you like an individual.

Initially wasn't sure where I was going! But finally arrived. Parking was OK in the small carpark behind the surgery. Staff were efficient and lovely. Blood taken and away very quicly

Well organised, lovely polite staff deserve top rating.
The guy who gave 1 star rating just because of the phone number you really should'nt blame the staff who do a brilliant Job for the community.

l was a "walk in" today. Jane Flood would take my bloods very cheerfully!. l was in and out within half hour. All staff greet you with a smile.
The place is clean and inviting.
A credit to the NHS.
